To reform “presentation of income distribution

The state-owned enterprise average wage of private enterprise greatly exceed why? YeQing explained, “the reason actually very simple, because the state-owned enterprise is most monopoly industries, wage income is relatively high.”

The crux of the problem lies in future years, private enterprise of average wage is close to state-owned enterprises? YeQing says, “my individual thinks, at present is accomplished very hard, because of the state-owned enterprises may not fall wage, at the same time, the private enterprise boss also does not want a raise in salary. These realities, and determines the future years or 10 years hard.”

In his opinion, are discussed, and the reform of income distribution is one of the important thoughts, private enterprises should increase wages, it is the private enterprise employee benefits to close the fundamental way soes. Who Are Responsible for Story-Fabricating in China?

No comments July 22nd, 2010

In a recent survey aimed at researching on how many students have told lies or fabricated stories in their composition assignments in order to get high scores when they were attending primary or middle schools, more than third of 2639 students confess that they used to adopt one of them. According to the survey, it can be easily concluded that either telling lies or fabricating stories is very popular among Chinese students. To get a high score, making stories is apparently not a good example students should follow; but is that really a bad thing for students’ ability of creativity? Who should be responsible for the tragedy of score-targeted learning? This following essay will try to carry a research on the reasons for the popularity of story-making among Chinese students.

Before analysis on the probable reasons for the phenomenon, people have to be clear of two relationships in composition learning. The first one is the relation between output and input. The “input” means what a student has learnt from daily study, including both of those knowledge acquired from teachers and witnessing from society around them; while the “output” means things which a student is able to use in dealing with problems. Only when students are equipped with a certain quantity of “input” can they make use of them freely in their “output”. Therefore, the “input” founds the basic for the “output”. Strangely, most people in China have understood the relationship in an opposite direction. Either teachers or students, or parents, they all ignored the role of “input” playing in students’ composition learning, as a result of strongly requiring students’ “output”. Namely, students are always expected to write as much as possible but without reading stories or collecting materials from surroundings in an equivalent degree. Much worse, they are forced to take a variety of interest classes in their spare time instead, which results in not only lacking of certain materials but also interest in composition writing. Therefore, they have to rely on fabricating stories to appeal to parents and teachers with a relatively higher score.

Another relation is between aim and means. As known for everyone, people have to rely on proper means in the process of achieving their ultimate aims. However, the premise is that they ought to make it clear of their aim. Then, they can make a clearer analysis on deciding on efforts to achieve their goals. For Chinese students, getting scores as high as possible is often deemed as the ultimate goal of their learning; for only a higher score can make it possible to attend a better school. Deeply, this is owing to the shortcomings of the existing education system. Making a story itself is a reflection of students’ ability of creativity and imagination. What either teachers or parents should do is to try to explore the genius deep in students but not forbid for the excuse of wasting time in achieving in a higher score. Apart from the system, the tradition of pursuing for the ultimate product rather than exploration into inner ability plays a significant role in the misunderstanding of the relationship. The whole society all admires the growth of GDP every year, thus creating an atmosphere of rapidly catching up with the other developed countries in the world. It is the radical attitude that forces teachers and parents to instill the concept of pursuing aims into students’ learning process.

From all have discussed above, it can be concluded: it is because of misunderstanding of the two relationships between input and output as well as between aim and means in parents and teachers that makes it possible for students’ inclination to tell lies or making stories in their composition assignment. Not only the existing education system, the entire society is responsible for those promising future’s lack of loyalty.

No comments July 20th, 2010

Those days i am busy with finding a part-time job,i thought i would be easy, but unfortually it tures out so hard to find one,i even be cheated by some agencies,it’s the most horrible thing i feel, how could it be?Maybe i am still so young, many social issuse have no access to.
Why it’s so hard to find a part-time job?I think there are several reasons as follows.Firstly,it’s part-time job, seldom companys ,angenies or supermakets need part-time job workers, espesially if you go there in person, they virtually believe you, they perfer to trust the middle agencies.Secondly,i am still students now, most of the time they don’t trust students still in college,we have no experience, but who has experience with birth, can you?And thirdly it’s my personal reason,i want to stay in campus to prepare for my BEC test and maybe do some reading invovled in management, i want to further my stduy in management project two years later.so if stay in campus,it brings in some retraints.Maybe it’s all these reasons made me hard to find a part-time job.
I really try my best ,search from the Internet, and have interviews in many places, finally i am still nowhere, how miserable!

Is it difficult for chinese graduates to get a job?

No comments July 19th, 2010

With  the policy of expanding recruitment of higher education and fierce competition of  job-hunting market, the unemployment of college graduates is becoming the hot issue of the whole society. The college graduates constantly complain about being rejected by some promising company in the job-hunting market.

Even most jobs providedin the job-hunting declaredly excluded the graduates, only welcoming the experienced employees.even worse, entering for the post graduate examination is becoming an approach to escaping the problem of unemployment.I also intended to take postgraduate exam, but I give it up after I think it over again.Because it will spend years and cost money if I pursue the master degree.Time is of the essence in nowdays.
Is that really difficult for college graduates to hunt jobs?In fact, the answer might be “no”.There are three reasons for unemployment of college graduates. The first one is the deficiency of practical vocational skills and academic knowledge. The second is the inapproriate evaluation of his own value in job market. The third is the actually fierce competition resulting from the policy of expanding recruitment of higher education.
To successfully compete in the job market as a college graduate, you must work hard to master the academic and vocational skills during your college life.Of course, consciously training your practical skills by taking part-time job will be advisable.
A lot of college graduates desire to work at govermental institutions in big cities, and they all want to sign up for the public servant’s examination.Besides, many employers only want to take on those students who have good knowledge and practical skills. But most of the graduates only have theoretical knowledge, but no practical experiences.

High Salary and Career Development in China

No comments July 17th, 2010

Recent years have seen a large number of university leavers competing for better condition with their competitive peers. Many degree holders now are more inclined to find a job with career development rather than high salary. In my point of view, with so many potential jobs to choose from, university graduates are advised to find a job that provides broader career development space. These following reasons may help illustrate my point.

Firstly,a job with career development brings worthy working experience and future high salary. For instance,my uncle used to work in a government department as an official. In his days, the most frequent work in the department was reading newspaper and drinking tea.At the same time,he could draw a high pay. However,he thought his work was tedious and wanted to be engaged in something related to his business talent. In the end,he quitted the work and now he is a successful businessman. With hind back to,if he still work in the same position for the sake of money,he could not gain today’s wealth and receive so many valuable experiences.

In addition, career development provides people opportunities to challenge themselves. A promising job motivates their potential ability when accomplishes a difficult task. They take the job to obtain more experience, more opportunities for advancement in a higher position. In the process of undertaking the job, they will be qualified for previously unavailable jobs.

Finally, choosing career development over high salary not only trains the ability to deal with different situations, but also offers a bright future toward advancement. Never ever pursue so called hot jobs unless the job really suits job seekers themselves.

What kind of job do you like?

I feel upset now.
It seems that we all have a big big dream but few of us can really realize it. Sometimes I find it not easy to make it into practice. This is not because of myself. I am not just me,myself, on the earth. There are lots of burden,or we can say, the responsibilities around us as we are growing old.

I do know what you called you are not yourself. I am despiting myself as well. I want to be an elegant woman who has her own carreer, her own lover, her own family. However, it seems that I just have a small vote to make a decision. Living in such a highly development society, we are becoming more and more impulsive by the influence of the technologyical world. Everybody is lured by the magnificence. To be honest, we are loving the new and loathing the old. Fresh things have a big temptation to us.
We like to experience the new.

Grandparents told me that there was no need to move to another city to live a hard life. Instead we can have comfortable life with our families in such a small city. As for the marriage, the blind date is quite a good way.

Oh~~~~~Is this the new situation we are confronting now? We have to be so realistic to face all the problems? And we just live a life for a life. Nothing special. No! That ‘s not I want. I want to experience the new. I find myself being restrained when I put myself in the traditional way.

Yeah~~~~But how to make a balance? I need to work and study hard,to know more about the world,to know what is the right and suitable thing for me! But I also have seen the cruelty, that a dream is just a dream. The pursuit of happiness is not simple. Mark Twain had experienced a harship. He gained a keen perception of the human personalities and know what is the complex of the subtleties of our psychology. So that is a way to experience.

Thanks for your reading.I wrote the above text several days ago. I put it here because I think we should keep having our dreams. But now after I have seen it one more time. I feel great pressure.

I wonder what is the definition of a good job?
And I have a question that if you are a English major, what kind of job do you really want?
