Lucky when I was going to leave last company, the boss called me and introduced himself to me at phone, he said he wanted to find some staff with high ability and work hard. And he thought I would do that. However, he also told me that I must have to know something in mind that his company was private not foreign one or state-owned company, neither. In fact, I had thought of that all before, If there was nothing other, and payment was appropriate, I will not choose other companies even if whose payment maybe higher.
